La Dirección General de Capitanias y Guardacostas de la Marina de Guerra del Perú ejerce la Autoridad Maritima, Fluvial y Lacustre, es responsable de normar y velar por la seguridad de la vida humana, la protección del medio ambiente y sus recursos naturales así como reprimir todo acto ilicito; ejerciendo el control y vigliancia de todas las actividades que se realizan en el medio acuático, en cumplimiento de la ley y de los convenios internacionales, contribuyendo de esta manera al desarrollo nacional.

Maritime Education and Certification
Hungary Maritime Development Office- HMDO, is the Maritime Administration Office under Government of Hungary,
Hungary is a Whitelisted Country located in Central Europe. and a Member State of International Maritime Organization (IMO) since 1970. .
Hungary has National Marine Academy in Budapest, and having Authorized Maritime Academies in different countries for providing the Maritime Education Training and Certification to the National and Foreign Seafarers / Marine Student in accordance with the International Convention of STCW 1978 as amended, by following the regulation of Hungary Maritime Education Board under Hungary Maritime Development Office (HMDO).
